    Analysis

If 2020 were like any other year, five-term congressman Duncan D. Hunter would see an easy re-election to a district that gave Donald Trump a 15-point margin over Hillary Clinton in 2016. However, things in this district stretching along the I-15 corridor east of San Diego from Temecula to El Cajon and east through suburbs and desert lands including the Anza-Borrego State Park, things are far from normal.
