    Three-term Assemblyman Bill Brough was coasting to an easy victory in this safe Republican district in coastal south Orange County until late June when his former colleague on the Dana Point City Council Lisa Bartlett accused him of aggressive sexual advances "in recent years." Bartlett, a fellow Republican, now represents the region as an Orange County Supervisor. Two sources who wished to be unnamed corroborated her allegations.
