SECTION 32435
32435. (a) No school district, county board of education, or county
superintendent of schools shall expend any public funds on the
purchase of alcoholic beverages.
(b) If an employee of a school district or county educational
agency requests and is erroneously granted a reimbursement for the
purchase of alcoholic beverages in violation of subdivision (a) of
this section, the employee may refund the reimbursement.
