LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

SB 768, as introduced, Aanestad. Family law.
Existing law defines "quasi-community property" to include all
real or personal property, wherever situated, acquired by either
spouse that would have been community property if the spouse had been
domiciled in this state, as specified.
This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to that
provision.
