SPORTS PAGE: The Dodgers face the Rockies at 1:09 Pacific for the wild card spot. Holy ish, this season has ended unpredictably.

Okay, I'm late on the Nooner General Election Contest which I planned to open at noon today. I literally need to just write code for the two tie-breakers and decide whether to add AD66 (Torrance).

Friend of the Nooner and lobbyist Chris Micheli gives us the final tally of gubernatorial actions. For the Democrats, that was 16 vetoes. The most significant was  AB 3080 (Gonzales Fletcher), which would have banned binding arbitration in employment contracts.

Campaigns are scrambling everywhere.
