    Analysis

    On March 26, voters advanced two Republicans to a June 4 special election to fill the remainder of the term of Ted Gaines, who was elected in November 2018 to the state Board of Equalization.

    Advancing to the runoff are two Assembly Republicans--Brian Dahle from the northern part of the sprawling district and Kevin Kiley from the southern part.
