SB 842, as amended, Committee on Local Government. Validations.
This bill would enact the Second Validating Act of 2010, which
would validate the organization, boundaries, acts, proceedings, and
bonds of the state and counties, cities, and specified districts,
agencies, and entities.
This bill would declare that it is to take effect immediately as
an urgency statute.
