SB 1021 (Wyland)
State buildings: leases and construction.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

SB 1021, as introduced, Wyland. State buildings: leases and
construction.
Existing law requires the Director of General Services, when
acting on behalf of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation,
to provide notice to certain public officials whose districts may be
affected, including Members of the Legislature, when the director
decides to construct a building, expand a building, or lease an
existing building.
This bill would make nonsubstantive, technical changes to these
provisions.
