AB 2415 (Fong)
Boards of museum trustees: record of proceedings.

Existing law requires a board of museum trustees to keep a proper record of its proceedings, and at the first board of trustees meeting requires the board to immediately file a certificate, as specified, with the State Department of Education.

This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
