LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

AB 2415, as introduced, Cook. Crimes: manslaughter.
Existing law provides various punishments for voluntary
manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter, and vehicular manslaughter.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those
provisions.
