LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


AB 1776, as introduced, Anderson. Health facilities: general acute
care hospitals.
Existing law provides for the licensure and regulation of health
facilities, including general acute care hospitals, by the State
Department of Public Health.
This bill would declare the intent of the Legislature to enact
legislation that would address general acute care hospital issues.
